Finance Manager

Our client has been in business for a long time and is a major processor of grains in East and Central Africa. The client would like to fill a vacant position of Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for supervising accounts, purchasing and sales staff.


Tasks
* Direct budgetary, financial control and asset stewardship.
* Carry-out financial analysis, cash management and forecasting.
* Advise management on the possible sources of funding, how to cut costs and minimize losses. » Financial reporting.
* Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.


Qualification and Experience:
* Holder of B. Com/Accounting or BBA/Accounting.
* Professional qualifications in CPA or ACCA will be an added advantage.
* Hands-on experience in financial planning and control.
* Computer skills especially in the use of the accounting packages.
* A minimum of five years experience preferably in a busy and challenging processing organization.
